CNC Slant Bed Lathes
Annn Yang's slant bed lathe is designed based on heavy duty machining purpose for oil pipe and gas industry. And also multiple functions available according to customer's customized request.
- Extra wide bed is constructed of high tensile Meehanite casting, annealing treated to relieve stress. Bed ways are high frequency heat treated and precision ground. Hardness more than HRC 56.
- Easy chip disposal 45 degree slant bed construction with box guideways on X and Z axis to provide best heavy cutting performance. 30 degree slant construction available for large swing and super heavy cutting.
- Each sliding surface for all axes is coated with turcite-B and hand scraped to provide best accuracy and rigidity.
- Three step gearbox for headstock provides extra high power and torque output for excellent heavy duty cutting/turning performance.
- Z and X axis guide ways covered with telescopic covers.
- Hydraulic spindle brake and high accuracy ring encoder installed for best C axis performance.
- Heavy duty hydraulic turret provides rigid cutting and fine surface finishes.
- Variety of turrets with VDI/BMT coupling, with or without live tools.
- Available Y axis with max. 500mm (+/- 250mm) traverse.
- Optional larger spindle bore (165/230/310/370/410/550/610mm) and rear spindle nose available for rear chuck.
- Annn Yang CNC lathes are flexible for different brands of CNC controls such as FANUC, SIEMENS, FAGOR, MITSUBISHI etc. PC Based control like CENTROID, DYNAPATH, SYNTEC, EZITURN are also available.
