Hardness of Guideways
All of our machines' bed guide ways are high frequency heat treated and precision ground. Hardness of the bed and prism is at least HRC 52~54 degree. Here are some testing video for reference:
Hardness of DY-1100C X 1000 bed HRC: 57.8
Hardness of DY-1100C X 1000 prism HRC: 61.1
Hardness of DY-1100C X 3000 bed HRC: 58.9
